Position: Project Manager
Location: Central or Eastern Europe (Hybrid)
Responsibilities
- Organize and facilitate Scrum ceremonies (planning, refinement, daily stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Monitor sprint execution and ensure commitments are met.
- Track and report efficiency metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput, sprint success rate).
- Prepare regular progress and performance reports.
- Identify weak areas and propose improvements.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and Business Analysts to align priorities.
- Follow up on commitments and ensure transparency in delivery.
- Support continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager in IT (preferably in fintech or brokerage).
- Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Proven experience managing development teams and delivering projects on time.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience working with Jira and Confluence (or similar tools).
- Good problem-solving skills and ability to keep the team accountable.
- Upper-intermediate English or higher, required for daily communication.
- Business proficiency in the Russian language
Nice to have
- Experience in FX, brokerage, or trading platforms.
- Previous work in product-focused companies.
- Understanding of software development processes and technologies.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and advanced ADO plugins.
- Professional certifications in project management or Agile methodologies.
